As part of our emerging agent program you will be required to utilize the Real Estate Help Team Listing Concierge and Transaction Coordinator support services on your first 5 closed transactions. The standard fee of $250/closing applies at closing. This fee is waived if you utilize our in-house title company on the transaction.

Great Split, Low CAP and All-Inclusive Business Model
We offer an all-inclusive business model with an attractive split.  When you first join Realty Partners as an emerging agent (fewer than 5 closed transactions in the past 12 months) you will start out on a 65/35 split until you close your 5th transaction and then you transition to our standard 75/25 split (75% to you). You have a  low $15,000 annual commission split CAP (true 100% once CAP is reached). Say good-bye to E&O, technology, training and other hidden or surprise fees.

Lead Generation
We have partnered with a number of third party lead generation firms (all with zero up front cost).
